Well guys I’m back with another Middle Eastern joint. ‘Yamal Alsham’ is a Syrian & Lebanese restaurant, with alluring mood lighting, very cosy atmosphere, having to seat indoors and outdoors. Great place for a date night. With live entertainment, such as singing, belly dancing, shisha etc.

The food was nothing more than what the doctor ordered. Lamb soft and barbequed to perfection, rice dishes that work in sync with the vegetables and other mains. Incorporating olive oil, char-grilled meat, dates, sesame seeds, mint, parsley, etc. Using the simple flavours and the smoky char-grilled effect gives a great burst of flavours. One that will not disappoint. They do also provide a respectful wine list that goes hand in hand with the modernised Middle Eastern cuisines.

Price wise it won’t leave your wallet with a dent. Per person, £25 is fine as it comes with salad and a choice of either rice or chips. Drinks are separate should still work within that budget. The other thing is going with a large group you can have the option of ordering sides and starts and share between each other. This works well as they provide adequate portions, worth your money. So if ever in the mood for a middle eastern night, ‘Yamal Alsham’ will not disappoint.
