Deviled Egg Delight: The Perfect Appetizer for Any Occasion

Here I have another way to start your breakfast and a different way to spice up your eggs. Devil’s eggs are really simple to make, personally the combination of mayonnaise and eggs is a great combo. Whoever came up with it, knew what he was doing. Created around the 18th century and the name itself and I quote combine a food with various hot or spicy seasonings such as red pepper, mustard, or Tabasco sauce, thereby creating a ‘deviled’ dish’ according to all things food and cooking. I would suggest to probably incorporate your favourite flavours, whether it be spicy seasonings. Best of all it’s low carb and perfect for your keto diet.

You’ll need

3, Eggs

30g, Mayonnaise

1/2, Mustard (dejon)

5g, Dill

Salt

Pepper

Method
  1. Boil eggs (Around 10min). Once done run under cold water or submerged into a ice bath.
  2. Peel and cut into half, scoop the egg yolk into a bowl and add in the mayonnaise, mustard and dill. Mix and season (just mean add the salt and pepper to your liking)
  3. Scoop back into the hollow egg whites. (I used a pipping bag for a neater touch, you can use a spoon ). Garnish (I used Black sesame seeds, chives, chilli flakes and olive oil) and enjoy.

Please like and share and let me know how it goes.
