- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- Stir in the double cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce. Add in some chopped parsley and seasoning.
